Services
Foreword
Six services, explained the way we would on a call.
You have a company to run.
Nobody opens a studio's services page for pleasure. You are here because something needs to get done, and you want to know whether we are the right people for it.
So this page is written the way we would say it on a call: what each service is for, when you need it and what you leave with.
The short version.
Companies come to us when something changes: a launch, a new offer, a funding round, a market they have outgrown.
That is the moment the brand, the website and the product stop matching the business. We bring them back into line and build what follows. Find the part that sounds like your situation and start there.
Creative Direction
Does everything you make look like one company?
More aboutApproach
In the first year one person makes everything, and it holds together.
Then the team grows. A designer, a developer, a photographer, an agency and the founder's own slides all start speaking for the company at once, each a little differently.
No single piece is wrong. Together they look like five businesses, and customers notice before they can say why.
One document, written down
Creative direction is one decision about how the company looks, sounds and moves, made once and put on paper.
You get a short document: the routes we considered, the one we recommend and the reasons. It covers the central idea, typography, colour, imagery and motion, with enough examples that a new designer or agency can work from it without calling you.
After that it is your choice. Your team takes it from there, or we stay to lead and review the work as it is made.

Brand Strategy & Identity
Can people say what you stand for?
More aboutApproach
A brand is what people expect from you before you have said a word.
When that expectation is vague, every sale, every hire and every pitch starts from zero.
Most companies we meet are better than they look. The product has moved on, the team has grown and the ambition is bigger, while the identity still tells the story of the first year. Our job is to close that gap.
Business first, visuals second
We start with questions that have nothing to do with design.
Where is the company going? Who has to believe in it? What do people get wrong about it today? The answers become a positioning that fits on one page.
Only then do we design: name, voice, logo, typography, colour and motion. Every choice comes with a reason you can repeat to your team or your board, and the system stays recognisable on a website, in a deck and inside the product.

Web & Digital
Is your website still about the company you were two years ago?
More aboutApproach
Before a call, a pitch or a signature, people check your website. Usually for less than a minute.
In that minute the site either supports what you told them or quietly contradicts it.
Businesses change faster than their websites. The offer moves, the team doubles, the story gets more complicated, and the site keeps selling the earlier version. A new look does not fix that. The structure has to change: what you say first, what you prove and what you ask the visitor to do.
Structure before screens
We work out the page before we design it.
Who arrives, what they need to understand, in what order, and what should happen next. Navigation and content hierarchy are settled while changes are still cheap.
Design and development then happen in one team, so nothing is lost in a handover. You leave with a CMS your own people can run: new pages, case studies and landing pages without calling us for each one.

Product Design
Can a new user find their way without a demo?
More aboutApproach
Products grow one feature at a time, and each addition makes sense on the day it ships.
A year later the interface is a map of every decision the team ever made, and only the team can read it.
Users do not see your architecture. They see whether the next step is obvious. Good product design keeps the complexity behind the product, where it belongs.
Patterns, not screens
We map what users are trying to get done before we draw anything.
The workflows, the decisions and the information each one needs. Then we design a small set of reusable patterns and build the screens from them.
A new feature becomes assembly instead of a redesign.

E-commerce
Does your store look as good as what you sell?
More aboutApproach
Online, nobody can pick the product up.
The store has to do what a hand would do in a shop: show the quality, answer the doubts and make the price feel fair.
Many stores are a checkout with a catalogue attached. They process orders well and explain nothing, so visitors browse, hesitate and leave. We treat the store as part of the brand, not a sales layer added on top.
Follow the buyer
We walk the whole journey as a customer would.
Arriving, looking around, comparing, checking the details, deciding. We mark every point where information goes missing or trust drops.
Then we fix those points in order: structure, product pages, photography and visual hierarchy.

Ongoing Creative Support
What happens the week after launch?
More aboutApproach
Launch day is the easy part to plan.
Then the real requests arrive: a campaign, a landing page, an investor deck, a new product page, a change to the homepage because the offer moved again.
Most companies handle these one at a time, with whoever is free. Each new person needs a briefing, and each piece drifts a little further from what was launched.
The same people, every month
We agree a fixed number of days each month, and you use them for whatever the business needs.
Campaigns, pages, presentations, product work. No new brief every time, because we already know the company and the thinking behind its brand.

Questions
Who will I work with?
Every project is led by our founder and creative director, Oleksandr Hlahola, from the first conversation to launch. Depending on the scope, he brings in developers, motion designers, 3D artists and writers from a small group of people we work with regularly.
How does a project start?
With a 20-minute call. If the scope is clear, we send a fixed proposal within two working days. If it is not, we suggest a Direction Sprint: one to two weeks that end with a direction and a plan, credited towards the next stage.
How do you price?
By project, with a fixed scope and a fixed price agreed before we start. Ongoing work is priced as a fixed number of days each month. We do not bill by the hour.
Do you only work in Webflow?
No. We choose the platform after the direction is set. Most of our websites are built in Webflow and our stores in Shopify or Webflow, because they let your team run the site without us.
Can you work with our in-house team or agency?
Yes. We often set the direction and hand it over with guidelines, or stay on to lead and review the work of your team and partners.
Where are you based?
In Poland. Our clients are in Europe and the United States, and we plan calls around their time zones.
